Killing It: Upcoming Artiste "Dash" Set To Make Waves

The OyOs Music community got a little bigger yesterday when talented Hip Hop artist “Dash the Rap Killer” came into the scene. For those of you getting to know this artist for the first time, he has been active over the past few years and you can sample his music at the OyOs Music site. Probably his largest claim to fame yet was his Panda Remix track released last year which later got aired on South Africa’s Metro FM. He is also renowned for being the first ever rapper to be interviewed on Zimbabwe’s largest social Media platform, 263Chat.

At this point one may ask, what really is it that makes him tick? Well for starters the young artist grew up in Mufakose and has had passion with music from a tender age. He was raised by his aunt since his mother died from kidney failure when he was 9. Since his childhood the artist has made other several hit tracks such as Chimpanzee Dance (which is a club-banger to date), Bvuma and Shingirira. He has worked with some of the largest record labels in Zimbabwe such as BRYCE-NATION OVEREVERYTHING in producing some of his tracks not to mention collaborating with popular Zim artistes Tehn Diamond, Stunner, Sharky and Noblestyles. For those following him you might testify that the young man shows potential.
